Our team are here to build the knowledge and skills needed by providing daily independence delivery and challenges. It is somewhere where it is okay to make mistakes and learn from them ensuring that they are able to experience all there is to offer in a safe and supportive environment. Every learner has a person-centred Futures plan that addresses their needs and aspirations. This links to their education, health and care plan and ensure that their targets are relevant, considered and met.
