My name is Anita Russon,
I live in Dorset with my husband and teenage son.
I have been for working for Autism Wessex for the last 5 years.
I hold two degrees : “Tourism and Modern Languages” and “Special Education - Autism”- Birmingham University.
I also hold translator and interpreter qualification –PGC City University London.

In my spare time I practice yoga, go walking and lately started to keep bees.
I love travelling, spending time with my family. I am also interested in interior design and up cycling

Mr Roland Martin

My name is Roland Martin and I have worked at Portfield School since September 2017. Previously to this I have taught in several countries around the world. I love working with the children at Portfield because of the variety of challenges and successes we encounter together every day.
I studied at the University of Warwick for a Degree in English Literature, and a PGCE at the University of Wolverhampton.

I have one young child and live in Bournemouth. If I have any spare time I tend to spend it reading, walking, socialising or watching films.

I have worked for Autism Wessex for 10 years.
I studied for a BA Honours Degree in Art and Design with Education at the University of Winchester and gained a 2:1 honours.
I am currently working in Life Skills which is Key Stage 5/post 16 unit.
